| James E. Carter This is a picture of me while serving in the Army at Camp Stanley, South Korea. I served in the Military from June 1988 to Oct 1995. I spent time in Idar-Oberstien Germany as well many stops in the U.S. I served as an instructor of Chemical, Nuclear and Biological operations at the U.S. Army Chemical School. I am proud to be a veteran and hold the highest respect for those who served before me and those that are serving after me. |
