Tobacco-Free Savings

If you and/or your spouse, if applicable, use tobacco, you and your spouse are eligible to participate in the Optum Quit for Life tobacco cessation program. If you successfully complete the program between January 1, 2021 through November 30, 2021, all your accrued tobacco use surcharges will be fully refunded for the year.
