Start a challenge with co-workers or family members. Agree to rewards for achieving short-term goals such as being tobacco free for 4 weeks or being active 5 days a week for a month.

We are encouraging locations to create local WellNS Action Teams who work with the WellNS team to identify activities and events with the most powerful impact locally. We are looking for people who have a passion for wellness and a story to share.
