When you get to the login page, use your employee ID as your user name and your birth date [e.g., 01/05/68 for January 5, 1968] for your initial password to register in the secured site. If you’re an employee’s spouse, use your spouse’s employee ID and your spouse’s birthdate. Your personal information is safeguarded in accordance with all local, state, and federal privacy laws.
