FitNS Class Schedules

The following classes are taught by certified instructors and are available to employees free of charge:

DESCRIPTIONS

  • Total Body Burn: This strength-based class targets your glamour muscles: the glutes, the arms and the abs. With fun music and high energy, you can condition, strengthen and tone some of the biggest muscle groups.
  • HIIT Lunchtime Crunch Time: This High Intensity Interval Training Class will pump up your heart rate and get you begging for more all while on your lunch break. Class may include cardiovascular, strength exercises, total core focus.
  • Yoga: a full-body workout that focuses on improving balance, flexibility, relaxation and breathing techniques.
  • Zumba: Dance fitness total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.
  • Jumpstart 30: The perfect class for those wanting to gain all the benefits of strength training without pushing their limits. Here you’ll master the basics. With a slower pace and a focus on the fundamentals, you’ll reap the benefits.
  • Full Body Basics: Back to the basics workout featuring cardio and a variety of body weight exercises to challenge you and get you stronger while having fun. This low impact class is designed to improve muscle tone, strengthen the heart and lungs, and burn calories.
  • Stretch & Strengthen: A 30-minute full body stretch using movements that flow smoothly to increase flexibility, decrease muscle tension, develop core strength, and improve muscular balance. Come dressed out in your workout gear or still in your work clothes and beat that midday slump.
