Roanoke WellNS Classes

Did you know WellNS classes were offered in Roanoke? The following classes are taught by certified instructors and are available to employees free of charge:

Yoga HIIT Core Sculpting
  • Improves muscle tone
  • Aligns posture
  • Lowers blood pressure
  • Alleviates back pain
  • Improves balance and flexibility
  • Mix of Cardio and Toning
  • Uses traditional weights and equipment and body weight exercises
  • Can be scaled for all fitness levels
  • Improve overall fitness, tone muscles and lose fat
  • Strengthen and tone the Gluteus, Hip, Abdominal and all torso muscle groups
  • Better balance and stability
  • Lose fat, build muscle
  • Help improve posture and strengthen muscles to reduce injury
