Training
Training is an important element of Norfolk Southern’s diversity initiative. Diversity training programs have been available for many years through classroom, online and video format. Employees can review and enroll in current offerings through the ERC.

Donor Exercise

45 Minutes in Diversity
The Diversity Council’s Diversity Training Team has developed a 45 minute training module based on the concepts presented in the training program called “Diversity Management at NS”. The objective of the training is to build a process to help NS fully leverage diversity within the workplace and incorporate good principles of diversity into day-to-day decision making.
