• October 15, 2011 - Scrap Paper Rates
  Rates are for movements originating and terminating on NS. Rates are based on 50' Plate C and with an "up charge" of 15% will apply for 50' F and 60' C equipment and an "up charge" of 25% will apply for 60' F equipment.
