Add a Distribution Network Facility

If you are registered for accessNS

  1. Call 1-800-235-5551 (prompt 3) or e-mail echelp@nscorp.com and ask that the “NS Distribution Network” be added to your e-applications menu.
  2. Go to accessNS. Log in. You will see NS Distribution Network as an authorized application in the menu on the left.
  3. Click NS Distribution Network. When the Warehousing Maintenance page comes up, click “Edit/Add Facility Profiles”.
  4. The facilities are displayed by type with an option to “Add new facility” for each type. Click the link for the type of facility you’d like to add.
  5. Fill out the form fields and click “Add new facility” when complete.

If you are not yet registered for accessNS

  1. Launch accessNS.
  2. Select Register for accessNS (underneath the accessNS logo).
  3. Complete Registration form. Fields in red are required. In the “Enter free form comments” field, type “please give me access to the NS Distribution Network application.”
  4. Click the Submit Registration button when you have completed the form. Your registration will be processed as quickly as possible and an e-mail notification will be sent to you when your profile has been set up.
  5. Once you are registered, go to accessNS and log in. You will see NS Distribution Network as an authorized application in the menu on the left.
  6. Click NS Distribution Network. When the Warehousing Maintenance page comes up, click “Edit/Add Facility Profiles”.
  7. The facilities are displayed by type with an option to “Add new facility” for each type. Click the link for the type of facility you’d like to add.
  8. Fill out the form fields and click “Add new facility” when complete.
