Notes on 3PL

  • It is the customer's responsibility to register 3PL with Norfolk Southern.
  • Authorization will last for 1 year. Customer will be prompted to renew 3PL registration.
  • 3PL must be registered to perform services on behalf of the customer. This includes services over the web and those seeking support from Norfolk Southern's Customer Service call centers.
