Wheelersburg Terminal

Wheelersburg Terminal is an NS-served and owned river coal terminal located on the Ohio River at Mile Marker 344.6, Wheelersburg, OH. It has an annual throughput capacity of nine million tons with a ground storage capacity of one million tons. The terminal is equipped with a rotary dumper, barge loader, unit train loadout and belt and truck scales.

The terminal offers complete train flood loading. Complete blending and mixing services for metallurgical and steam coal applications. A three-stage sampling system, operated independently by SAI – Sampling Associates International, is available to provide ASTM and ISO-approved samples for all cargoes.

The facility operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
