NS offers customers the opportunity to receive and pay freight bills electronically. This eliminates mail delays and shortens the payment cycle. For more information:

ACH Draft Plan

Many of our customers prefer weekly summarized billing which provides an easy format to approve multiple bills. Customers who join the ACH Draft Plan are exempted from the assessment of Finance Charges.

Finance Charge

On August 1, 2003, Norfolk Southern announced its implementation of a finance charge effective October 1, 2003 for undisputed and unpaid freight bills beyond terms. More information about the finance charge is available below:
