Establishing Credit

If you have previously established credit with Norfolk Southern and have shipped with Norfolk Southern within the past 12 months, no new application is necessary.

If you wish to establish credit with Norfolk Southern, you can get applications from your NS sales and marketing contact, or from the NS Credit Department. You may also download a credit application in Microsoft Word format, fill it out and fax or send back to us

Non-credit customers should contact the NS Central Yard Office at (404) 589-6107;6103;6857;6698 to make arrangement for pre-payment.
