Pam Blakeney
NCSC
Atlanta

These letters were written while my parents were engaged- my mom was a senior in high school in 1944 (Cordele Ga.) - my dad was 20 (Pinehurst Ga.).

The box of letters are interesting as we hadn't read them prior to their deaths and each letter was kept in chronological order which paralleled their courtship including the day he went to Atlanta Georgia for his physical until he returned.

Daddy never spoke of the war.
