DIVIDENDS
At its January 1999 meeting, the Corporation's Board
of Directors declared a March quarterly dividend of 20
cents per share on its common stock, payable on
March 10, 1999, to stockholders of record on Feb. 5,
1999.

March 10, June 10, Sept. 10, and Dec. 10. The
Corporation has paid 66 consecutive quarterly dividends
