NS FMCSA Regulation Advisories

On June 30th, new regulations from the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration (FMCSA) will go into effect for all Intermodal Equipment Providers (IEPs) and operators of intermodal chassis requiring Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) and Driver Vehicle Examination Reports (DVER) to be communicated from motor carriers to IEPs.
