Interline EMP Service at Cincinnati, OH

Norfolk Southern is pleased to announce that beginning March 30, 2009, EMP users will have access to interline rates and service between Cincinnati, OH and a variety of locations on the Union Pacific Railroad and the Canadian Pacific Railway via Chicago. Rates for shipments originating at Cincinnati are shown the attached NSPQ 9000 rate matrix.

UP service locations include: Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; El Paso, TX; Houston, TX; Laredo, TX; Lathrop, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Phoenix Express, AZ; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT; San Antonio, TX; TacSim, WA; and Tucson, AZ.

CP locations include: Calgary, AB; Edmonton, AB; Regina, SK; Vancouver, BC; and Winnipeg, MB.

Routings are NS-CHGO-UP for UP destinations and NS-CHGO-CPRS for destinations on CP. UP will publish corresponding EMP interline rates into Cincinnati from their respective origins; rates are already available from the CP points into Cincinnati.
