For those authorities still subject to the original NS Fuel Surcharge program based on the WTI price per barrel for 30 consecutive Wall Street Journal publication days, the surcharge will be 6% effective August 1, 2020 and will remain at that level until prices either go above $43 for 30 consecutive WSJ publication days or fall below $38 for 30 consecutive WSJ publication days.
