Transportation rates for cement commodities, previously published in NS tariff NSRQ 70022, will be transitioned to NSRQ 32411, to reflect current market conditions. As such:

• Effective, March 21st 2019, NSQ 32411 will be in effect for cement commodities moving on Norfolk Southern.
• These rates will be available for viewing via AccessNS by March 1st, 2019.
  • o   Current Users – Log in – use future rates (do not change the date) to find modified rate structure.
  • o   New Users – Registration – Please reference any member of the Construction Team as a sponsor.
