Kaolin commodities are covered in Public Tariff NSRQ 32952, and effective July 1, 2022 revised pricing will be in effect. 

These rates will be available for viewing via accessNS by June 9, 2021.

Current Users – Log in to AccessNS – once logged in, go to the ribbon and select “Plan” then click “Price Publications” on the drop down. In the “Price Publications” window make sure you are on the “Search Publications” tab. From there, type in the respective “Publication Number” (the number, not text, 32952) and click “Search”. The contracts will populate for the respective Publication Number. Unroll them. From there, you can see the section number, and effective dates. To download to Excel, scroll to the “Download” column and click on the button with an “X”.

New Users – Registration – Please reference any member of the Construction Team as a sponsor.

Additionally, NSRQ 43310, NS’s mileage-based scale for Kaolin shipments, will be retired on June 30, 2022.  This scale being incorporated into the revised NSRQ 32952
