Following the aftermath of Hurricane Irma, the Jacksonville Intermodal facility is experiencing terminal congestion and chassis shortages as we continue to work through backlogged traffic. To help minimize the longevity of the chassis shortage, we ask that customers cycle their empty and loaded containers back to Jacksonville following deliveries as quickly as possible so that we can generate chassis for grounding. Customers should expect availability delays of 24 to 48 hours at Jacksonville during this shortage.
