ExpressNS Terminal List Issue

We have been made aware of an issue that is affecting the usability of ExpressNS on Android devices. When using an Android device, drivers are unable to scroll through the complete terminal list when creating a mission.

While the application is being updated to correct this issue, drivers should utilize the short term workaround process that has been establish below.

Send an email to IMAUSystems@nscorp.com including the following information:  

  • Driver code / CDL information
  • List of all NS facilities the driver visits

These terminals will be added as a favorite in the driver’s ExpressNS profile which will cause the terminal to be visible by appearing at the top of the terminal list within the application.

Completion of the update to resolve this issue will be announced on a future service alert. 

We encourage drivers to take advantage of our ExpressNSTM Mobile Application which streamlines gate and terminal processes for our drayage community. With ExpressNSTM, drivers can verify billing, submit pre-gate information, obtain parking and pickup locations, receive electronic interchange receipts, and submit bad order information.
