Norfolk Southern last updated Tariff NSRQ 65912 in 2011.  In response to changing market conditions we have reviewed the tariff, modifying all rates.  As such:

• Effective, June 1, 2019 the updated NSRQ 65912 will be in effect.  
• All rates will be increased by 3.4%
• These rates are currently available for viewing via accessNS.
