Please be advised we continue to experience chassis shortages across our network which are impacting shipment availability at our Austell, Charlotte, Jacksonville, Pittsburgh and Morrisville Intermodal facilities. As a result, shipment availability delays of at least 48 hours should be expected in these locations.
We are actively taking steps to reposition chassis across our network, especially in these locations. To help shorten the longevity of the shortage, and expedite shipment availability, we ask that customers make every attempt to return equipment as soon as possible.
