Aluminum and other non-ferrous commodities that are covered in Public Tariffs NSRQ 70220 and NSRQ 66326 will experience market rate adjustments effective February 18, 2022. As such:

• Effective, February 17, 2022, the updated NSRQ 70220 and NSRQ 66326 rates will be in effect.
• These rates will be available for viewing via accessNS by February 18, 2022.
  • Current Users – Log in to AccessNS – once logged in, go to the ribbon and select “Plan” then click “Price Publications” on the drop down. In the “Price Publications” window make sure you are on the “Search Publications” tab. From there, type in the respective “Publication Number” (the number, not text, either 40211 or 72824) and click “Search”. The contracts will populate for the respective Publication Number. Unroll them. From there, you can see the section number, and effective dates. To download to Excel, scroll to the “Download” column and click on the button with an “X”.
