Empty railcars, railcar parts, and locomotives are covered in Public Tariff NSRQ 4900. This publication will be adjusted to reflect the current market conditions effective December 1, 2021. As such:

• Effective, December 1, 2021 the updated NSRQ 4900 will be in effect.
• These rates will be available for viewing via AccessNS by November 1, 2021.
  • Current Users – Log in – use future rates (do not change the date) to find modified rate structure.
  • New Users – Registration – Please reference any member of the Construction Team as a sponsor.
