accessNS features a suite of personalized web-based solutions to help make shipping as efficient as possible. From billing and tracking while on NS or our partner rail carriers to requesting prices, accessNS provides the convenience of a premium management tool at our customers’ fingertips. 

accessNS offers support with a number of applications, including:

  • View account summaries for unpaid freight and invoices with eFreightBill
  • Request prices and look up existing prices with the Intermodal ePrice application
  • Find a rate easily for our merchandise carload customers with the 
  • Merchandise Rate Inquiry application
  • Enter up to 1000 equipment initials and numbers and find out if NS has an active waybill to move the equipment with the Waybill Verification
  • Order cars to be placed or pulled and get support managing your storage and detention charges with the Thoroughbred Pacesetter application
