Option 1 Tracing Assistance.....Say Tracing (or press 1)

  • (This will give the current location of the equipment)

Option 2 Dispatch.....Say Dispatch (or press 2)

  • Say Status for billing status (or press 1)
  • (This will allow customers to verify that billing has been received, advising the origin and destination ramp).
  • Say Lot location (or press 2)
  • (This will give the current yard location of the equipment)

Option 3 Billing,  for billing status, changes, or edi billing....Say Billing (or press 3)

  • Say Status for billing status (or press 1)
  • (This will allow customers to verify that billing has been received, advising the origin and destination ramp).
  • Say Changes for billing changes or cancellations  (or press 2)
  • (Our SIMS Support Group will answer this call. They will be able to process billing changes and cancellations).  
  • Say EDI billing for assistance with EDI billing, internet billing and other ecommerce products (or press 3).
  • (You will be transferred to our eCommerce help desk)

Option 4 Storage Issues....Say Storage  (or press 4)
