NS Trax provides customers a new way to identify ETA changes, monitor real-time movement data, and proactively view transit exceptions. The app is an extension of AccessNS and provides another channel for customers to manage their shipments via an interactive, mobile view.
The app delivers an enhanced shipping experience that empowers customers to redefine the way they do business. Additionally, the app lays the ground work for future releases that will transform the way customers monitor and schedule both local service and unit trains.
